I am a solutions consultant and full-stack engineer, based in Hà Nội. My work splits roughly in half: figuring out what a client actually needs and what it will cost, and then building the part of it that proves the answer was right.

The domains have been unusually wide — AI document processing, banking, healthcare, e-commerce, education, hospitality — across teams in Vietnam, Japan, Malaysia, Australia and the EU. Breadth like that is a mixed blessing. It makes me fast at recognising the shape of a new domain, and it means I have to be honest about where my depth actually is. That is what the skills page is for.

On the name: Ninh Ngọc Tuấn, or Ninh Ngoc Tuan wherever the diacritics do not survive. Jesse is the English one, KingNNT the handle. Same person — worth spelling out, because those versions do not always find each other.

I started building for clients as a freelancer in 2020, while still at university, and never fully stopped. That thread runs underneath every job since: it is where I learned that the hard part is rarely the code, it is agreeing on what the code is supposed to do.

From there: hospitality systems for the Japanese market, then several years of offshore delivery on large teams — video calling, booking, school management — then an AI centre, where the work turned into document extraction and email agents for Japanese and EU clients. Lately I lead architecture on AI products and sit in the pre-sales conversations that decide whether they get built at all.
