An AI-native layer over a company's web presence, built so AI agents can read, trust and act on what a business publishes rather than scraping a page. I own the architecture and lead development: intent-based knowledge management over both authored and inferred answers, multi-channel delivery including WhatsApp, and the integrations that let an agent complete a real action on the business's behalf. The hard requirement is not speed but refusal — a system that answers wrongly on a company's behalf destroys the only thing it sells.

Built the back end and front end on Next.js, with unit, integration and end-to-end coverage, on AWS infrastructure sized for concurrent load across the organisation.
